We stand now in the center of the Quartzberg structure,
formed by giant, ferrugineous dolomite crystals and in places,
large accumulations of talc. Due to the softness of both minerals
the valley loses much of its steepness here.

If you turn right here, an almost vertical climb will lead you to the karstic
depression and Quartzberg cave you have seen before..
